Oven Baked Breaded Chicken Breasts

This is sort of like a homemade “shake-n-bake” with a twist for chicken breasts ... another favorite here at home 2 Large boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts 2 Tablespoons Salad Dressing (we like to use either Ranch or Honey-Mustard) 2 Tablespoons Butter 1/2 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper 3/4 Cup shredded Cheese 3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs Pre-heat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl blend the Dressing, Butter, Seasonings, and Pepper. Coat the Chicken Breasts with the dressing mixture. Coat with Cheese and Bread Crumbs ... press the cheese/bread crumbs a bit to get them to stick. Place the chicken on a wire rack (over a baking sheet) in the center of the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° F.
