My Personal Spice Blends

I recently decided that it was silly to purchase someone else’s spice blend only to end up “doctoring it up” to make it taste the way I wanted it to.  So I started making up my own blends.  Some of these are my own creation, some are modified from recipes I found online.  All of these listed here are now “staples” in my kitchen.
