Ultimate Meatloaf

I’ve been playing with making meatloaf for years.  This is the best so far. 1 pound ground beef 1 pound ground veal 1 pound ground turkey 1 1/4 Cup bread crumbs 2 Large eggs 3 Tablespoons tomato paste 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 Cup beef broth 1 Tablespoon minced onion 1 Tablespoon minced garlic 1 1/2 Tablespoons Herbs de Provence 1 teaspoon ground pepper 1/4 Cup tomato sauce Preheat oven to 350° F.  In a measuring cup or mixing bowl, whisk eggs and blend in tomato paste, Worcestershire Sauce, and beef broth.  Stir in onion, garlic, herb blend, and pepper. Mix the beef and turkey together.  Mix in the breadcrumbs and liquid mixture. Place in meatloaf pan or shape into loaf and place in a baking dish.  Pour tomato sauce over the meatloaf. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
