Fried Chicken Strips

Tender and flavorful ... the buttermilk powder and ranch dressing give these chicken strips a really unique taste. 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips or pre-cut chicken tenders ½ cup All Purpose Flour ¼ cup Buttermilk Powder ½ teaspoon Chicken Seasoning Blend ½ teaspoon Marjoram ¼ teaspoon Garlic granules Salt and Pepper to taste 2 eggs ¼ cup Ranch dressing ¾ cup breads crumbs ¾ cup Panko bread crumbs ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional) 1 teaspoon Parsley flakes Place flour, buttermilk powder, chicken seasoning, marjoram, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl or large baggie and mix well. In bowl, beat the eggs and ranch dressing with a fork or whisk until well blended. In a third bowl (or second baggie), mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan (if used), and parsley. Coat the chicken strips in the flour mixture. Dredge through the egg mixture making sure all the flour is covered. Coat the strips with the breadcrumb mixture. Fry in a deep fryer or frying pan until golden brown.
