Capellini Pasta with Herbs and Butter
A lighter alternative to pasta with a cheese sauce. This is great with chicken
or fish.
1 inch bundle capellini pasta
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Boil pasta until tender and drain.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add herbs and stir
continuously until well blended.
Mix pasta, butter/herb mixture, and cheese until
uniform.
