I’ve been playing with making meatloaf for years. This is the best so far.1 pound ground beef1 pound ground veal1 pound ground turkey1 1/4 Cup bread crumbs2 Large eggs3 Tablespoons tomato paste1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce1/4 Cup beef broth1 Tablespoon minced onion1 Tablespoon minced garlic1 1/2 Tablespoons Herbs de Provence1 teaspoon ground pepper1/4 Cup tomato saucePreheat oven to 350° F. In a measuring cup or mixing bowl, whisk eggs and blend in tomato paste, Worcestershire Sauce, and beef broth. Stir in onion, garlic, herb blend, and pepper.Mix the beef and turkey together. Mix in the breadcrumbs and liquid mixture.Place in meatloaf pan or shape into loaf and place in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over the meatloaf.Bake at 350° F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
