Shrimp and Pasta
A simple yet filling dish that’s perfect for summer.
1 ¼ cup uncooked small shell pasta
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ lb. Fresh snow peas
1-2 tbsp. fresh dill, minced
½ lb. cooked medium shrimp
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
Cook pasta shells, rinse with cool water and
drain.
Steam peas until crisp but tender.
Combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic and dill in small skillet. Cook until hot.
Add pasta, peas and Parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
