Similar to one of the “helper” boxed meals but much healthier! This is a favorite around our house when I don’t feel like cooking a big meal.1 pound ground sirloin6-7 oz pasta (about 2 cups cooked)3 Tablespoons flour 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons basil 1 Tablespoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon All Purpose SeasoningSea salt and ground pepper to taste 1 clove garlic, minced1/2 sweet onion diced 1 1/2 cups beef broth 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup sour cream Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool. Brown ground beef with seasonings, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Strain off the fat. Add broth to the beef and heat to a slow boil. Boil for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. In a small, lidded container, shake the flour with about a 1/4 cup of water or additional beef broth. Stir into beef mixture and simmer until the sauce starts to thicken. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir, then recover and simmer an additional 5 minutes.Add sour cream and stir over low heat until blended, then add the pasta and stir gently until pasta is coated with the sauce.
