Ranch Style Dressing with Buttermilk
Not too sweet like some commercially available ranch dressings, with lots of
herbs to complement the salad greens without being over-powering. Even
hubby is now a fan.
1 Cup prepared Mayonnaise
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sunflower Oil
3 ounces Neufchatel cheese
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon freeze dried Chives
1 Teaspoon freeze dried Dill
1 Teaspoon freeze dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Garlic granules
1 Teaspoon Onion granules
1/2 Teaspoon Guar Gum
1/4 Teaspoon ground Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/8 Teaspoon ground Celery Seed
Add all ingredients to a glass bowl, 3 cup measuring cup, or blender.
Blend with stick blender (or regular blender) until well mixed and slightly
thickened.
Store in a glass bottle or jar in refrigerator.
