White Chocolate Mocha
I got the idea for this from a coffee shop up in Mt Shasta City that makes these awesome blended mochas. Don't know what exactly they use, but this comes close ... 12 oz (2 "cups") of coffee (any type, stronger is better) About 1/4 cup white chocolate baking chips 1 good sized scoop of vanilla ice cream About 1 1/2 cups of ice Blend everything in a blender on the highest setting. Top with whipped cream if desired
