Rosemary-Lemon Salad Dressing
A tangy dressing that’s really easy to make.
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup roasted sesame seeds or tahini
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
4 small cloves garlic finely minced
3/8 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground rosemary
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients and blend with a stick
blender until smooth.
